Turn CURVE emails on or off

Choose which sale alerts and account emails CURVE sends you.

Steps

  1. Open Account Settings and stay on the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to Email preferences.
  3. Switch each email on or off. Changes save on their own.

Good to know

  • Under closed-sale updates you see an email for each market you have, for example Daily Boston closed-sale recap and Daily favorite-building sale alerts.
  • Under account activity: Shared building link opened (someone opened a link you sent) and Colleague invitation accepted.
  • Saved Tracker searches have their own email frequency, set in Tracker.

Approve a new browser or device

CURVE asks you to approve a sign-in from a browser it doesn't recognize. Use the link or the 6-digit code from the email.

Reset your password

Get a reset link by email and choose a new password.
