Approve a new browser or device

Steps

1. After you sign in, the Approve this sign-in screen shows the address the approval email went to.
2. Open the Approve this CURVE sign-in email on any device and click the link. The waiting browser continues on its own.
3. Or type the 6-digit code from the email under Have the code? and click Approve.
4. No email? Click Resend approval email from the browser you want to trust.

Good to know

• The link and code expire after 15 minutes.
• An approved browser stays trusted for 90 days and renews as you use it. Up to 5 browsers are trusted at once; approving a sixth drops the oldest.
• After 6 wrong codes in 30 minutes, code entry locks. Use the link or request a new email.
• Clearing cookies or switching to a private window counts as a new browser.
• Signed into the wrong account? Click Use a different account on the approval screen.
