Change your name, photo, or logo

Your name, photo, and logo appear on your reports and shared links. Edit them in Account Settings.

Steps

  1. Open Account Settings from the bottom of the sidebar. The Profile tab opens.
  2. To change your name, click it, type the new name, and wait for Saved.
  3. To change your photo, click it and choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP file up to 5MB.
  4. To add your logo, under Your logo click Click to upload your logo and choose a PNG, JPG, or WebP file up to 5MB. Click Remove to take it off.

Good to know

  • Your logo appears on every page of your building reports, in report PDFs, and on the report and unit links you share.
  • Brand color, contact details, and the prepared-for name are set for each report in the report's Branding section, not here.

CURVE asks you to approve a sign-in from a browser it doesn't recognize. Use the link or the 6-digit code from the email.

Reset your password

Get a reset link by email and choose a new password.
