Look up owners and download an owner list

See who holds title to every unit in a building, filter the list, and download it as CSV.

Steps

Click Owner Lists in the sidebar, or Owner List on a building page.
Search for a building, or for an owner's name to see every unit they hold.
Filter with All Owners, Bought Cash, Bought Financed, Individual Held, Entity Held, or Owns Multiple Units, or by Hold Time.
Click Download List to save a CSV, or Share List to share it.

Included in CURVE Data and Data + Social.
For trusts and LLCs, CURVE shows the person behind the entity when public records name one. That person is not necessarily the beneficial owner.
Name searches match by name, not identity. Check that a result is the person you mean.
Downloads are limited to 12 exports and 2,500 rows in any 24 hours.
During a trial without a card, owner lists are limited to 3 buildings.
