Search condo documents

Read recorded master deeds and declarations and ask questions answered with page citations.

Steps

  1. Open Condo Docs AI from CURVE AI, or click a document PDF button on a building page.
  2. Search for the building by name, address, or neighborhood and open it.
  3. Open a document from Documents, or ask a question under Ask AI anything about recorded docs.
  4. Click a page citation in the answer to jump the PDF to that page.

  • Included in CURVE Data and Data + Social.
  • Questions about condo documents don't count toward your CURVE AI allowance.
