About CURVE Max
What does CURVE Max include?
Everything in Pro for your subscribed market, plus personal agent configuration, connections to compatible business tools, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing configuration assistance. Substantial custom development is scoped separately.
Can it connect to my MLS and other apps?
We work with you to connect CURVE, your MLS, email, workspaces, CRM, files, and other tools you use. Each provider determines the available permissions and capabilities. During onboarding, we confirm the connections your accounts support.
Does CURVE get access to my accounts?
No. You authorize your agent's connections directly in your own environment. Max does not give CURVE standing access to your inbox, CRM, files, agent conversations, or memory. Support uses only the information you choose to share.
What does ownership mean?
You control the environment, your accounts, permissions, personal configuration, and agent memory. You can inspect, change, export, or delete your personal setup. Third-party software and AI models remain subject to their own licenses.
What happens after I subscribe?
Pro platform access starts after payment is confirmed. Complete your setup preferences from your account, then arrange personal onboarding with CURVE. Agent installation and connections happen during setup; purchasing does not mean your agent is already installed.
What if I leave Max?
You retain your agent, personal configuration, and memory. Max setup assistance ends when your paid Max access ends. If you move to Pro, your agent can continue connecting to CURVE under Pro's subscription terms. Ending CURVE entirely ends access to subscription data.
Is my agent completely offline?
Your agent runs in an environment you control. It connects to CURVE, your chosen AI provider, and the tools you authorize when needed. Those services process requests under their own terms; customer control does not mean every request stays offline.
