Set up a sale alert

Save a search in Tracker and get an email when matching sales record.

Steps

  1. Click Tracker in the sidebar and choose My Searches.
  2. Click New tracker.
  3. Fill in Name this alert, then choose Buildings, price, Bedrooms, size, Sale type, and Financing.
  4. Click Confirm and save.
  5. Set how often it emails you: Daily, 3x/week, Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly.

Good to know

  • My Searches starts with two searches: Favorite Buildings (the buildings you starred) and All Buildings.
  • Emails go out on weekdays and include only sales you haven't been sent.
  • Click Email me to send the matching sales now.
  • The Matching Sales Timeline shows matches from the last 30 days or 3 months.
  • To stop the Favorite Buildings or All Buildings emails, switch them off in Account Settings under Email preferences.
