Build and share a CMA

Steps

1. On a unit page, click Add to CMA. In sales tables on a computer, hover a row and click + CMA. Build CMA on a unit page suggests comps for you.
2. Click the floating CMA button (it shows how many units you've added) to open the CMA Builder.
3. Click Open CMA (you need at least 2 units) to see the comparison.
4. Click Share this comp sheet, uncheck units you don't want, and star the subject unit.
5. Click Create share link. The link is copied. You can also enter an email and click Email it.

Good to know

• A CMA holds up to 12 units, all from one market.
• Anyone with the link sees the comparison with your name on it, without signing in.
• Earlier comp sheets are listed under Your past CMAs in the CMA Builder.
• CMAs are included in CURVE Data and Data + Social.
