Ask CURVE AI

Ask about any building, unit, sale, or comp. Answers cite the records they use.

Steps

  1. Click CURVE AI in the sidebar.
  2. Type your question and send it.
  3. Check the source chips in the answer and the Sources list under it.

Good to know

  • In Boston, CURVE AI first offers to connect your MLS PIN account. Click Use CURVE AI without MLS connection to skip it.
  • Use New chat to start over and Chat history to return to earlier chats. You can also Share Chat or Download Chat.
  • For questions about master deeds and declarations, use Condo Docs AI. See Search condo documents.
  • CURVE AI can make mistakes. Check important numbers against the cited records.
CURVE AI answer limits

Social includes 100 CURVE AI answers per billing period, Data 300, and Data + Social 500.
