See a unit's history and get sale alerts

A unit page shows the current owner and every recorded sale and transfer of that unit.

Steps

  1. Search for the unit on Buildings, or open it from its building page.
  2. Read the timeline: each sale shows the buyer, seller, and Hold Time.
  3. Click the bell to turn on Notify me when this unit sells.

Good to know

  • Transfers that weren't market sales are shown but marked Excluded from sale history.
  • When an entity holds title, open Person behind entity to see who public records name.
  • From the unit page you can also Add to CMA and share the unit.
Find a building

Search the Buildings page by name, address, or unit, and star the ones you follow.

Read a building page

A building page shows every recorded sale in the building and its report, side by side if your screen is wide enough.

Request a building CURVE doesn't have

If a building is missing, request it from the Buildings search. CURVE emails you when it is added.
