Use the left sidebar or direct page link named in the guide, then check the visible page title before touching filters, sends, downloads, or billing buttons.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Tracker from the left sidebar and select the saved search or client search you want the recipient to monitor.
  2. Read the saved criteria before sending: building set, bedroom mix, price range, date/event logic, and any daily email expectation.
  3. Click the client link/share control for that search, then copy the generated client tracker URL only after the page confirms the link exists.
  4. Open the client tracker URL in a new tab and verify the visible cards, timeline, and criteria match the saved search.
  5. Paste the client tracker link into your message with one sentence explaining what changed will appear there and whether daily emails are enabled.
